February 2005

Sunday, February 20, 2005 - New Cast Members!

Posted by QueenCate

Just a quick note to welcome three new members to Have Court, Will Travel.

Cal Tormey has been cast as the irrepressible, but charming Prince Henri. This younger brother to the Prince of Wales will be a thorn in his sister Princess Margaret's side. He also promises not to wear any Nazi arm-bands while playing his role of the wilder, younger brother - unlike Prince Henry of England...

Brent Houck and Bob Steger are joining us, also. They are still working on their characters, but judging the fabulous improv work they gave at the audition, we are sure they will prove to be strong additions to the riding court.

We would like to recast Lady Alice Randolph, but haven't seen anyone we've felt is up to the part. Interested women in their late teens to mid-twenties may contact me about a private audition by emailing me through this website.

We did have another auditionee; Mugsy, a two year old Irish Wolfhound. He first expressed an interest in the role of Alice Randolph but decided he didn't have the legs for it. Then he thought he'd audition for the role of top dog. Culhwch (pronounced Cooloo) our current Number One Hound, made it clear that he wants no more males in the crowd. He wants a harem of admiring girls or nothing at all. No arguing with that!
